Welcome to the Harlingen Waterworks Customer Web Portal! The team at HWWS is pleased to announce that you can now enroll safely and securely for Monthly ACH Bank Draft. Enrolling in regular bank drafts for your account is a fee free service.

You can now choose to pay online by Credit Card, Debit Card, or one-time E-Check payments are now accepted online. Please note that the third party payment processing fees are applied to all one time electronic payments. Processing fees apply monthly only to Credit and Debit Card payments. Fees are the greater of $1.25 or 2.25%. 

We would like to remind our users to manage their communication preferences for account notifications after logging into their account. Just click "Communication Preferences" on your account dashboard.

Our new portal provides a high level of control over accounts, allowing users to select communication methods and create their own autopayment, view historical usage, account history, and subscribe to SMS notifications.

When creating a Portal account, please note that usernames cannot have spaces and cannot be changed.

The Quick Pay feature allows users to make a payment without setting up an account. Be sure to select the right account from the list! You cannot pay by E-Check when using QuickPay.
